Corporations, Schools and Community Organizations
Businesses, schools and community service groups large and small have often been among our Foundation’s most generous supporters. Here’s how your company, club, school or organization can help put smiles back on the faces of very deserving kids.
Corporate Events and Community Organization Events
- Bring your employees or community group members to the My Stuff Bags Foundation Volunteer Center for a volunteer event, and help us get My Stuff Bags out to waiting children!
- Please see our Guidelines for Corporate-Community-School Group Events before submitting your Authorization forms.
- Please have the group leader fill out the Corporate Volunteer Authorization Form. Every participant must fill out an Individual Volunteer Authorization Form. You can send completed authorization forms to info@mystuffbags.org or bring the hard copies during your visit.
Schools, Camps and Under Age 18 Volunteer Events
- It warms our hearts to see kids helping kids! Call us to set up a “Stuffathon” or other activity for our under 18 years of age friends!

- Please have the group leader fill out the Community-School Group Volunteer Authorization Form. Every participant must fill out an Individual Volunteer Authorization Form. You can send completed authorization forms to info@mystuffbags.org or bring the hard copies during your visit.
Corporations, Manufacturers, Distributers, Wholesalers and Retailers:
- Donate new children’s items (in as large a quantity as possible) for children from infants to teens. We gladly accept overruns, overstocks, logo items, discontinued items and irregulars.
Items we need:
- Stuffed animals
- Small toys for all ages
- Books for all ages
- Clothing for all ages such as hats, scarves or t-shirts (logo items gladly accepted)
- School supplies
- Crayons and coloring books
- Small toiletries
- Baby rattles, pacifiers, bibs, diapers, bottles, and clothing
- Blankets (throw size)
- Journals, stationery and note cards
or anything else that would provide comfort and diversion to a child. All donations must be new and are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
- Provide corporate funding to help underwrite program and shipping costs.
- Add our Foundation to your Employee Matching Grant or Employee Contribution program.

Here are ways that groups large and small can help make a tangible difference:
